Full “Satisfaction or Free” service; this service is subject to its terms and conditions.
To fully benefit from the “Overall Satisfaction” offer, the customer must notify the relevant location within 60 minutes of delivery. Late notifications will not be considered.
The customer can use the “Total Satisfaction” service for delivery to home or take-away orders.
The service is valid from the date the order is placed until the date indicated on the invoice.
No financial penalties will be applied to chefs or delivery staff for returned products.
The service provider reserves the right to terminate the Total Satisfaction service rules without prior notice.

1. Our delivery campaigns are valid within the 30-minute delivery area.
2. We prioritize safety while striving to deliver as quickly as possible.
3. Our prices include taxes and are listed in Azerbaijani manat.
4. We accept credit cards.
5. To benefit from a campaign, the customer must inform the seller at the time of placing the order.
6. We reserve the right to change prices and campaigns.
7. Our delivery hours are 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM. Information about departments delivering until 5:00 AM can be obtained from the nearest restaurant or by calling our *4004 call center.
8. The minimum order amount for delivery is 9.90 AZN.
9. Campaigns cannot be combined and do not apply to special menus.
10. Campaigns are valid until the stated expiration date.
11. Our prices correspond to retail prices.
12. To receive your gift for the first order, the minimum order amount is 9.90 AZN.
13. Discounts from campaigns and promo codes do not apply to the premium category.
